Future Dreaming was created by Indigenous and non-Indigenous partners, to design and implement education programs and collaborative projects, in order to:
- Advance cross-cultural communication and understanding in Australia, with a focus on sharing ecological knowledge and preparing for a climate changing future;
- Increase understanding about Indigenous Peoples’ ancient and contemporary ecological knowledge systems, within the context of Aboriginal philosophy, governance and culture; and
- Enable Indigenous and non-Indigenous people to have increased opportunities to work together, understand each other and create collaborative projects that Care for Country.
